We collect the names and contact information — including mobile phone numbers — that parents, guardians, staff, and drivers provide to the school office in person or by phone during student registration and when arranging transportation. We also keep transportation details such as addresses, routes, pickup and drop-off times, and related notes needed to run our bus and van service.
We use this information only to operate and coordinate student transportation. This includes contacting parents/guardians, staff, and drivers about route and schedule changes, pickup and drop-off details, delays, day-off notices, and replies to their questions — by phone, in person, or by text message.

We keep contact and transportation information for as long as a student uses our transportation service, and as needed for our records. You may ask us to update or remove your information at any time.
Information about students is provided by their parents or guardians and is used only to arrange that student's transportation.
